These training events are designed for leaders of churches with 30–90 small groups who have a point person leading small group ministry. It is recommended that the point person has attended our Small Groups Conference or other Willow Creek Small Group training prior to attending Advanced Training.

This training is most effective for teams of 2 to 4 people from your church. To help with this we are offering team discounts. We must limit the number of participants to 60–70 per event, in order to allow time for personal coaching and to maximize your interaction with Bill Donahue, Greg Bowman, the Willow Creek team, and other leaders who attend.
